Website & Store Use
By using harinavilegacy.com or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes. Product availability, sizes, pricing, delivery coverage and features may change.
Orders & Payments
An order is treated as confirmed only after successful payment verification. A payment attempt, created order or checkout screen alone does not guarantee fulfilment. If an obvious pricing, stock, fraud or technical error occurs, we may contact you, cancel the affected order and arrange an appropriate refund where payment was received.
Cancellation Window
Customer-requested cancellations are accepted only when requested within 24 hours (1 day) from the time the order is placed, subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Requests received after 24 hours are not eligible for cancellation or refund under the store policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Product Information
We aim to present merchandise accurately. Small variations in screen colour, photography, print placement or production may occur. Product images are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property
The Harinavi Legacy name, logo, original artwork, website content, photographs and branded designs may not be copied, reproduced, sold or used commercially without permission, except where law permits.
Community Content
If you voluntarily submit photographs, stories or other material for possible community use, you confirm that you have the right to share it. Publication, editing or removal remains at Harinavi Legacy's discretion, subject to applicable law and any specific permission agreed with you.
Limitation & Applicable Law
We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of India.
Effective date: 31 August 2026. These terms should be reviewed whenever the store, delivery model or organisation structure materially changes.
