Delivery Area
Harinavi Legacy currently accepts online merchandise orders for delivery within West Bengal, India only. Orders placed with a delivery address outside West Bengal may be cancelled and refunded.
Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery
After a successful payment, the order is verified and prepared for dispatch. Orders may take up to 15 days from the date of order to be processed and shipped/dispatched. Processing time may vary depending on stock availability, size, order volume, holidays and local conditions. Customers should keep the order/payment reference received after checkout.
Once the order has been shipped/dispatched, delivery may take an additional 2–3 working days, depending on the delivery location, destination PIN code and courier or local delivery service. Accordingly, the overall order-to-delivery period may be approximately 17–18 days in some cases.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, local restrictions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Address & Delivery Responsibility
- Please provide a complete name, active mobile number, correct PIN code and full delivery address.
- If an order is delayed or returned because of an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated delivery failure, re-delivery charges may apply.
- Risk of loss transfers after confirmed delivery to the address provided in the order.
Shipping Charges
Any shipping or delivery charge applicable to an order will be displayed or communicated before fulfilment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, product price does not automatically imply free delivery.
Delivery Issues
If a parcel appears damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please keep the packaging and contact Harinavi Legacy promptly through the Contact Us page with your order reference and photographs where relevant.
